Guided Workflow v.1

Follow Steps 1...2...3...4...........

CDA Software has taken the first step of many to follow, which falls into our category of automating each Technician Claim experience so that your Technicians will follow the correct procedures for completing a Claim. The technology we've implemented is a mixture of Azure Machine Learning & IBM Watson Machine Learning.

To begin our initial phase of the Guided Workflow v.1 you will want to become familiar with how to implement and train both your Administrative Team, and Mobile Technician Team.

Before we get started, let's layout the framework on what can be done with Guided Workflows v.1.

When your Mobile Technician is ready to finalize their "Repair" report, they will select one of three options.

Was the Job Complete?
Was the Job In-Complete?
Was the Job a Reschedule?

When a Claim is flagged as "Complete" it is auto-assigned your unique Sub-Status.
When a Claim is flagged as "In-Complete" it is auto-assigned your unique Sub-Status.
When a Claim is flagged as "Reschedule" it is auto-assigned your unique Sub-Status.

CX Signs "Complete", the PDF is appended with the file name "_COM_Invoice_TCH-NAME."
CX Signs "In-Complete", the PDF is appended w/file name "_INCOM_Invoice_TCH-NAME."
TCH PIC of model/serial tag, the file name is appended w/ "MODEL_SERIAL_DATE/TIME-STAMP."
TCH PIC of Not At Home, the file name is appended with "CX_NOT_AT_HOME_DATE/TIME-STAMP."

TCH must review all Parts and assign them the correct usage designation while in guided workflow
In-Complete, TCH must still capture Printed Name and Signature of CX.
Re-Schedule, TCH must document why it's a reschedule & take picture of "Not at Home."
